All online balloon orders are for pick up in store and need to be placed at least 3 days prior to your pick up date. If you need a balloon order on the day or within the next few days you can still place this by giving us a call or coming in store.
Please ensure you read all product descriptions and important information. As different types of balloons have different float times it is important to ensure you are aware of this so your balloons are still floating for your function.
We will do all we can to ensure we can fulfil all order requirements, however due to the nature of online ordering there may be times when an item is out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer other options and see what you would like to do.
Balloon orders are non-refundable. In the case of needing to cancel your order, you will be provided with a store credit. This can be used on balloons or on any items in store.
If you need to cancel you order you must notify us with at least 24 hours to ensure we haven't already started your order. If you do not give us enough notice and we have begun inflation, we will be unable to provide a store credit.
